The 2012 Santos Tour Down Under has grown over the years to be an internationally renowned cycling event with massive media interest and an event that attracts the world's top professional cycling teams including the Giant sponsored Rabobank team. Riding for Rabobank will be three Australians.. Michael "Bling" Matthews, Graeme Brown and the newly signed star Mark Renshaw. The UCI ProTour event is by far the largest cycling event to take place annually in Australia.
The 2012 edition will be run from the 15th -22nd of January and Giant Bicycles Australia has come on board as a corporate partner of the event. We'll have a display stand at the official Tour Village southern side show casing our latest 2012 Performance On-Road and Off-Road bikes, as well as this we'll be running a promotion through bikeexchange.com.au. There'll be give aways at the stand as well including Giant branded cowbells so you can show your support for the Rabobank team!
Giant will also have a promotional vehicle in the Tour Parade so be sure to say hi to the team if you see them out on the South Australian roads, for more information on the event check out the official Santos Tour Down Under website below.
