Did my first 'real' mountain bike ride since getting the new bike - a decent climb uphill, then a bruising downhill on a singletrack through the bush which was fantastic!! Made it down in one piece, then taking a short cut home through some bush I suddenly came across a live electric fence...it took me a bit of time to untangle me and the bike and the fence from each other, all the while getting the kick of the electric fence!! Nothing broken though, just some blood and bruises! Ah the joys of mountain biking!! :)
