2012 Performance Launch @ Zinc

Aug152011

Giant Australia's 2012 Performance Launch has been held in the heart of Melbourne at Zinc, right next to the Yarra River over the 10th and 11th of August. 73 new 2012 bikes were on display including bikes in Recreational, Lifestyle, On-Road and Off-Road Performance categories.

The highlights of this year's launch included the all new 2012 Performance road range featuring bikes across the Defy, TCR and Avail ranges. Some new features of the Giant 2012 road bikes include internal cable routing, ridesense speed/cadence sensor integration, Overdrive 2 and much more!

Dealers from all over the country were given a tour of the new range, much of which is now already available at your local authorised Giant dealer. Other people in attendance include the Drapac Professional Cycling Team, Rockstar Racing, and many other athletes and ambassadors.

Also making the trip were two representatives from Liv/Giant in Taiwan, Nikki and Mei. 2012 brings a new direction in women's cycling with the much anticipated Liv range being unveiled. The range covers bikes across all segments including lifestyle, recreation road and mountain bikes.

Stay tuned for a product video from the event and more information about the new bikes will be available on our website over the next week! Also check out loads more photos from the event on our facebook page here.
