Tassie Road Demo Days

Last weekend Giant Bicycles Australia took a trip down to Tassie for a couple of road demo days in both Hobart and Devonport. Consumers had the chance to test ride the latest in our 2012 On-Road Performance line up including the following models:

Lachie Norris wins Otway Odyssey!

Giant Bicycles Australia sponsored athlete Lachie Norris has won the Elite Male 100km Otway Odyssey in the Otway ranges over the weekend. Lachie passed 2nd place finisher Chris Jongewaard 25kms in and never looked back. Congratulations to Forrest local Jess Douglas who finished 2nd place in the elite women's category behind Peta Mullens. Check out the race report from

2XU Falls Creek Triathlon

This past weekend saw us up at the scenic town of Falls Creek in the Victorian Alpine region for the 2XU Falls Creek Triathlon organised by Supersprint events. The triathlon doubled as the Victorian long course championships and as a result a quality field took to the start line.

Just this past weekend Giant Bicycles Australia held a mountain bike demo day at the popular You Yangs recreational park in conjunction with De Grandi Cycle & Sport in Geelong.
