Get on ya bike!
You live in a city, work hard and never have enough time for the things you love. You may have a family, you may not. But you are at an age where you know that your body is telling you that you need to do something that is positive for your physical and mental health. So it is time to watch what you eat, get some good kip, and do some exercise.
So, the aim of this group is simple, for all of us as a group, to gently help and motivate each other to get on ya bike.
