30 minutes riding every work day is great! With the bonus of riding with the family on afternoons and weekends, its brilliant!

Lovely weekend for riding. Into Gosford to get some new cycling shoes. Swap bikes and then around the bay with the dogs pacing my running friend.

Hi all. Bad news. My beautiful Cross City 1 was stolen on Thursday evening. She was locked up on the bike rack outside the gym where I work. They cut through the lock and threw my helmet on the ground. Was reported to police as someone saw it, but no one was able to take chase. So when I came out of the club at 8:30 she was gone. Felt philosophical about it on Thursday night, but now when I am faced with the reality, I miss my bike like crazy. So, if anyone sees her ... seriously, if you are in Hobart and browsing Cash Converters or someplace, please keep and eye out. Thanks guys!

I will open my eyes in an ER of a hospital if i win anything after this hour :} I was the only racer who always raced to "fun" not to win and it worked opposite,i am here to win and i know the result already but still seeing count down numbers are making me feel like a time bomb!

Well even though I love riding, I have not ridden for some time now. This is not what I want but what I have at the moment. So spare a thought as you are triumphing over gravity forging up that long steep climb or feeling the wind rushing past as you speed down the decent.

Had a TT today but the dang bike wouldn't switch into the bike chain ring! slowed me down a little... still I set a new PB

Been slack these last couple of weeks haven't been out on the bike. Hopefully I'll get out this week-end, i need to get some K's on the leggs before the Brissie to Bay. not looking forward to cold start ( and yes i know it's not as cold as down south, but for us QLD'ers anything below 20 is cold :-) )

All the tracks I built recently got dozed a couple of days ago - by the same council who, just a few months ago, gave our club the green light to build them. Gotta love councils. =( That's life though, just gotta keep on rollin'!

It sure is a shame that Giant have used a poor odd sized bearing in the crank of the Transend. I can't find a good replacement bearing and the new Giant one's are rubbish. The Fuji touring bike looks nice!!!!!!!!

Smashed 50 km in the morning before school run. Back on bike tomorrow for commute. Hopefully be on a Giant by the weekend
