Hi out there, i have just registered for the Round the Bay ride and gradually building the kms. Wondering if anyone is interested in doing some weekend rides 70 km + in preparation. Just a warning no carbon fibre under me and approx 25km/hr average is my going rate!!!!

Did the Vet ride in Victoria last week 400klm over 4 days organised by the Vietnam Veterans of Australia to raise money for their museum at Phillip Island Vic. Certainly one of the worthier causes to ride for.

Just signed up for IM Oz 2013 today. 11 months of pain and suffering await me to try and make the 226kms as enjoyable as possible. Hopefully the guys at Giant might take pity on me and add me to their sponsored Real Riders Tri team!!
