Keen as to get on the bike again after watching the world cup last night. Injuries suck!

hmmm, bike sent back 'home' to Melbourne. Missing riding already! cant wait to be reunited :)

Just got in from the Corowa 150km + ride... and feeling really bloody strong on the bike.

You know how sometimes a long ride can be painful and every kilometre torture... Not today, nosiree.

Coming back we were into a 15kmph head wind and I did it easy... So easy that I was actually sitting right up in the saddle and acting like as a domestique-cum-windbreak for the other riders (6'4" will do that)... and still clicking along at 30kmph.

I am pleased to say thay i finished 4th in the lastest round of the Riverina Alpine Mountain Bike Open (RAMBO) series. that is my best solo result to date

Preparing for the Epic this weekend. Should be an awesome race.
