Starting to think about packing for CQ11

Just got in from the Corowa 150km + ride... and feeling really bloody strong on the bike.

You know how sometimes a long ride can be painful and every kilometre torture... Not today, nosiree.

Coming back we were into a 15kmph head wind and I did it easy... So easy that I was actually sitting right up in the saddle and acting like as a domestique-cum-windbreak for the other riders (6'4" will do that)... and still clicking along at 30kmph.

Been for a few rides out at East kowen now. Still some way to go re fitness though.

Planning on doing the Great Victorian Bike Ride this year for the first time with my Auntie and uncle - can't wait!!
