David "Brown Dog" Brown is our mtb winner this week!

There are some members out there in the cycling community that make a difference to your riding experience and a lot of the time they don't receive the recognition that they deserve. One of these people is David Brown who is our mountain bike category winner this week!

David was entered into the Real Riders competition by one of his mates who thought that he should be recognised for his trail maintenance efforts in Victoria. Most weekends will see David volunteering out at the You Yangs Regional Park ensuring that the mountain bike trails are always there to be enjoyed!

This is what David's mate had to say who entered him into the competition:

"First up, the person submitting this is not david (brown dog) brown, it one of his riding and shovel buddies. brownie is a real rider, down hill, xc, 4x, whatever the phone call brown dog is in, well used to be. rain washed away brownies riding dreams and many vic riders when the you yangs regional park was washed off the face of the earth. whilst we raced this season brown dog dug, along with a few others, but this is about brown dog. He sacraficed most of the season for the love of a shovel."

We want to congratulate David for winning today's sponsorship and we would also like to thank him for his hard efforts out there making sure we have some trails to ride every weekend.
