Winner number 3 is Sarah B!
The first winner in the Road category of Real Riders is Sarah Breier from Launceston, Tasmania.
Sarah is a 43 year old single mum, Ironman finisher and cancer survivor. Sarah loves the sport of Triathlon and has spent a large amount of time racing in the USA during 2009/2010.
This was Sarah’s entry into the competition:
“Cycling is my life line. Getting back on the bike after my battle with cancer has blessed me the best health and fitness that I have ever had in my life. I not only ride for myself but also to inspire other cancer survivors to embrace cycling as not only means of combating treatment related fatigue, but also as an overall lifestyle choice that is good for everyone and everything.
I would be a wonderful ambassador for Giant, spreading the cycling goodwill for all Tasmaniacs :).”
Sarah is currently a nursing professor and is busy raising her children in her homeland of Tasmania. She will be receiving a new Trinity time trial bike to replace her race bike that was stolen from her car several weeks ago. We think Sarah will look and feel great out on a new Giant at her next race, and we wish her all the best!
Stay tuned to find out who our first Lifestyle category winner is tomorrow…
