Had a bad fall while out with the Saxon's bunch. Broke a bone in my thumb that needed a bit of surgery to put a wire in to hold it all together. Hurts like hell! Doc says 6 weeks in plaster, worse still I can't get on the bike for ages. Racing season just ended early (but the bike is ok).
